The 8th edition of Singapore Airlines SIA AppChallenge is now open for application. The SIA AppChallenge is a platform for innovative start-ups from around the world to participate and to pitch their solutions and ideas to tackle a number of SIA Group business challenges. For this edition of AppChallenge, there are 4 key themes - seamless customer experience, beyond travel, people and operations and a wildcard category that includes sustainability and metaverse.
Through SIA AppChallenge, start-ups have the opportunities to showcase their ideas and solutions to SIA BU mentors, culminating in an exciting in-person finales for the Global Start-up tracks on 14th November 2022 in Singapore, where the finalists will pitch to SIA's senior management. There are also many attractive prizes for top 3 start-up teams in which beyond the AppChallenge finale and prizes, there are also potential opportunities to progress to pilot/ POC and implementation with SIA BUs. The closing dates for submission for Global Start-up tracks is 21st August 2022.
